so I was looking for some examples for my FYP, and I found this project as CASE STUDY, the design statement has been developed from the original drawings and associated material for 5 detached dwellings by Shannahan's Architects LTD.
It includes site analysis, existing neighborhood context, opportunities, and constraints, and design response.
