As mentioned in my previous post last week we went to see an Industrial Kitchen that is being renovated at the moment in NewMarket on Fergus that was once a Pub.

I will also upload the floor plan Sue provided us last week. And I will also share some information I found online about Industrial kitchen layouts.
This plan is easy to read and follow. On the field trip, I've learned that there was a lot of planning going into this before renovation took place. I really would love to see when its done.
